Jeffrey Koes Wonsono, 65 years old, is an Indonesian citizen and resides in Jakarta. His first appointment as a Commissioner is recorded in the Deed of Statement of the Annual GMS Decision No. 19, dated February 22, 2011, and his most recent appointment is recorded in the Deed of Statement of the Annual GMS Decision No. 37, dated May 13, 2024, with a term starting on May 13, 2024.

In addition to his role at the Company, Jeffrey Koes Wonsono currently holds several other important positions, including Commissioner at PT Multipolar Technology Tbk since 2013, President Commissioner at PT Visionet Data Internasional since 2016, and President Commissioner at PT Pacific Eastern Coconut Utama since 2019. He is also actively involved in various industry organizations, serving as Vice Chairman I at the Indonesian Coconut Processing Industry Association (HIPKI) since 2014 and as Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Coconut Council since 2022.

His career began in the banking sector, where he held significant positions, including President Director of PT Bank Multicor and PT Bank LTCB Central Asia until 1994. He has a solid educational background in business. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Center of Business Studies, London, UK, in 1979. After that, he completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in banking from Golden Gate University, USA, in 1986.
